Mini Athletics Colchester and Chelmsford is looking to recruit a dynamic individual to help run classes in Colchester on a Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

We offer competitive rates of pay (£11-15p/h) plus bonus scheme. All training will be provided, no coaching qualifications needed. This role involves delivering fun themed sessions and would be perfect for someone with a sport and/or drama background which would help to bring the themes to life.

Our coaches are very well supported, full training and equipment is provided, ongoing mentoring throughout your time with Mini Athletics and valuable skills will be learnt! If you don’t already have an Enhanced DBS, Paediatric First Aid and Safeguarding qualifications, this can be arranged for you. You’ll receive Mini Athletics uniform and website access to the coaches area.

Key characteristics needed include reliability, enthusiasm and communication skills.
