Welcome to Mini Athletics Jersey!

Our team is headed up by Helen, a local mum of three energetic young boys, qualified athletics coach, PT and ex-Island Games sprinter. With a passion for both athletics and helping children become more active in a fun environment, Mini Athletics presented the perfect solution!

Mini Athletics Jersey launched in 2024 with the aim of promoting a healthy and active lifestyle for local children in a fun and non-judgmental environment. Our classes will help your children develop their skills in running, jumping and throwing, as well as their hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills through a mix of games, technical elements and races!

We currently run public classes both at the weekends and during the week. We also offer after school clubs, PE lessons, school sensory sessions, nursery and preschool sessions, and in 2025 we will be launching our holiday camps.
