1. Introduction
Welcome to Mini Athletics Lewisham and Greenwich. By booking a class, using our website, or attending a session, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
2. Bookings and Payments
• All bookings must be made online via our official website.
• Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
• We do not accept cash payments at sessions.
• Taster sessions must be pre-booked, and availability is subject to demand.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
• We do not offer refunds for missed sessions.
• If a class is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., venue closure or staff illness), we will offer a make-up session or credit towards a future class.
• If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Refunds or credits will be given at our discretion.
4. Class Attendance and Participation
• Children must be supervised by a parent/guardian at all times.
• For our 2-3.5 year-old classes, parental participation is required.
• We understand some children may take time to settle into the class. Parents should offer encouragement and allow up to 3-4 weeks for their child to adjust.
• We reserve the right to refuse participation if a child’s behavior disrupts the class or affects other children.
5. Health and Safety
• Parents/guardians are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, allergies, or additional support needs before attending a session.
• If a child is unwell, we ask that they do not attend the class to avoid spreading illness.
• Suitable sportswear and footwear must be worn during sessions.
• Our coaches are first aid trained, and any accidents or injuries will be recorded.
6. Liability and Disclaimer
• Mini Athletics Lewisham and Greenwich is not liable for any personal injury or property damage sustained during sessions, except in cases of negligence.
• Parents/guardians accept responsibility for their child’s participation and acknowledge that sports activities carry an element of risk.
7. Photography and Social Media
• We may take photographs/videos during sessions for promotional purposes.
• If you do not wish for your child to be included in promotional materials, please sign the consent form given when you book or let us know in writing before attending.
8. Data Protection and Privacy
• We collect personal information (e.g., names, contact details, medical information) solely for booking and safety purposes.
• Your data will not be shared with third parties without consent.
• By booking, you agree to our privacy policy regarding the collection and use of your data.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
