Hi I'm Coral and I'm the proud owner of Mini Athletics Southampton!

I came across Mini Athletics through a friend and once I took my daughter to her first class we were both hooked! I knew immediately that I wanted to give more children the same fantastic experience.

Having taken part in athletics as a child I know the many benefits that I have taken through to adulthood. I am still a keen runner and an advocate of exercise for both physical and mental health.

The best part of our classes is that children are being taught so much but they don't know it! They are just having fun by running, jumping and throwing!
