Days: Sunday 8.45am to 12.15pm
Location: South Wilts Grammar School, Salisbury
Salary: £12-15 p/h based on experience

We are looking for an energetic, fun and passionate lead coach to run our fantastic sports classes for new walkers to seven year olds in Salisbury!

This is a great opportunity for someone aged 18 or over who would like part time working hours in a job that gives great reward, inspiring children.

You will be leading our Sunday morning classes at South Wilts Grammar School. If desired, there is also the opportunity to work more hours, running week-day nursery sessions and after-school clubs, as well as birthday parties and holiday camps.

Your responsibilities:

To deliver engaging and dynamic Mini Athletics sessions to children aged 1-7, following provided lesson plans.
To foster a fun, inclusive, and positive atmosphere, encouraging participation and teamwork.
To build strong relationships with children and parents to create a welcoming environment.
To ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during sessions.
To help children develop key physical skills, self-confidence, and social skills through structured play and athletics.
To be a positive role model, inspiring children and those around you to be their best.

Requirements:

No qualifications are needed – just enthusiasm, passion, and a love for inspiring and developing young children.
Energetic, confident, fun, and engaging personality.
Lots of patience!
Ability to follow lesson plans and deliver structured sessions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with young children.
Reliable and punctual, with strong organizational skills.
A UK driving licence and access to a car are essential as needed to transport heavy kit to the venue.

Child Safeguarding Certificate.
