We are looking to add some amazing new coaches to our team! Would you like to be part of an exciting children's sports coaching business in Southend?

Currently, Mini Athletics (Southend} are looking to recruit for the position of Lead Sports Coach for our fantastic Mini Athletics sessions. The role is part time (min 5.4 hours per week, working Saturday and Sunday mornings.) Additional weekend or weekday hours may be available for weekday classes, holiday clubs and birthday parties.

The role will operate in Benfleet SS7 and Canvey SS8.

The successful candidate will need:

Boundless enthusiasm and energy
To be confident, patient and out-going, 100% reliable and have a genuine desire to offer young children a positive introduction to the sport
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with our customers, with a commitment to continually improve the customer experience
You do not need any coaching qualifications, as you will be provided with full training

Pay - £10-15 per hour plus bonus scheme
